All Rock 'n' Kids programs involve music, movement and imaginative play, based on an educational theme!
Our in-person classes are available to children ages 1-5 years at park districts, preschools, childcare centers and fitness clubs throughout Chicago-land. Depending on the facility, we offer these age groups:
Baby Rock: 3 – 12 months with parent (non-walkers).
Tot Rock: For 1 & 2 year olds, with parent participation.
Kid Rock I: For 2 & 3 year olds, with parent participation.
Kid Rock II: For 3 - 5 year olds, without parent participation.
Family Rock: For 12 months - 5 years, with parent participation. This class is geared for siblings and older children not quite ready to be on their own.

There are several rockin' options available to participate in a Rock 'n' Kids program! All Tot Rock & Kid Rock programs contain these elements:
Songs and rhymes
Basic dance steps & movements
Fine and gross motor skills and coordination
Rhythm instruments & movement props
Creative play
Sensory integration
Socialization
Listening skills
Fun!
Baby Rock is the newest member of the Rock 'n' Kids family! A unique combination of sensory experiences with stimulating music and exercises to help strengthen and stretch your baby. Activities will include sing alongs, exposure to simple instruments and sensory props, bean bag massages, motion exercises, bubbles, and more!
Please bring a blanket or mat and get ready for a rockin' good time with your tiniest dancer!
